Wedding in the garden for C&P

C&P are the exact representation of not-so-young love! She beautiful and with big sky-blue eyes, he a charming daddy of two wonderful little girls. I had already known the bride for a few years, but life’s paths had taken us to different places and we had lost touch a bit. So it was a great and plesant surprise to be contacted and chosen for the organisation of her most beautiful day.

The particular period of uncertainty and restrictions caused by the pandemic did not dampen their desire to crown their dream of love on the appointed day: C&P gave up the idea of getting married in a magical part of Italy, so as not to postpone the wedding. Luckily, Ticino offers equally enchanting and romantic locations in which to swear eternal love to one’s soul mate! The bride and groom wanted a unique location, and so I started to bring the magic to life… I immediately imagined their wedding in the garden, although the bride was not convinced: at least until she chose to trust me and visit the place. Only her extreme trust in me and in Dahra Living allowed her to let go and hope that this location, which was not congenial to her, would become their dream venue!

The result exceeded all expectations, including mine! We created a skilful and delicate mix of the classic and the new, where wooden beams met concrete and the elegance of imperial chairs. These chairs, in turn, were arranged around a long table adorned with an ad hoc tablecloth, also characterised by the combination of flowers and materials. In this setting, Carlo Stroppini‘s caterer delighted everyone. The garden, on the other hand, was embellished with contrasting modern furniture. Needless to say, the bride, as soon as she arrived at the location wearing her Demas Milano dress, forgot all doubts!

As Rossella Putino‘s shots show, the bride and groom’s desire to recreate an elegant and refined ambience in a rustic and classic location became reality. And these are the details that I remember most from that day, together with the determination of the bride and groom, who were more in love and happy than ever.
